          Free this morning? Then try something new. From 10am today, (Saturday 26th January) music and fitness event collective Sweat & Sounds are hosting a 75-min class full of storytelling, stretching and immersive sounds, in London's Shoreditch.

          Titled 'A Tribe Called Tibet,' this Souljourn yoga and brunch event is rooted in Tibetan wisdom and aims to spread awareness about the need for girls' education in the Tibetan Plateau.

          It's time to dance like no one's watching

          Dragging yourself to spin in the January drizzle is hard, we get it. Good news is, gym chain DW Fitness First (bred of a recent merger between DW Sports, DW Fitness and Fitness First) have teamed up with Reebok and PT Danielle Peazer to launch a dance-based workout series that you can do from home.

          The sessions are all five to 10-minute routines that are all about boosting your confidence and bringing a sheen of positivity to your day.

              Nike's new PT initiative is pretty great

              Positive news from Nike: fifty young people from Croydon will this year be offered the chance to complete a free 16-week training camp, to achieve their Nike London Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification. The programme is being delivered in partnership with pro boxer Joshua Buatsi – a native of the borough – and will get the aspiring pro fitness types on their way to a career in the industry.
